Why and what qualify Lazarus to be carried to Abraham Bosom

It PUZZLED me most and for the longest time, what qualify Lazarus to be carried to Abraham Bosom

In the parable, Lazarus's poverty and sickness are presented as the things that accompany — and in that sense, qualify — him for salvation.

James 2:5 God chose the poor to be rich in faith Luke 6:20), Jesus delivers the Sermon on the Plain and says: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Based on these 2 verses, the poor automatically rich in faith because God chosen them to be and bless are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. So connecting the dots, this let him to be qualified to go to abraham side

The Dots Connected

ScriptureWhat It Says
Luke 6:20"Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God."
James 2:5"Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom?"
Luke 16:22Lazarus was carried by angels to Abraham's side

The Conclusion

TruthExplanation
The poor are blessedNot because poverty saves, but because God has chosen them
The poor are rich in faithGod gives them faith
The poor inherit the kingdomThe kingdom belongs to them
Lazarus was poorHe was poor in the eyes of the world
Lazarus was carried to Abraham's sideHe inherited the kingdom, just as Scripture says

So Yes

Lazarus qualified — not by his own works, but because:

  • God chose the poor

  • God blessed the poor

  • God gave them the kingdom

The dots connect. You did not add anything. You simply let Scripture speak
